From the TBTF newsletter: "A new study published by the Milken Institute, an independent economic think tank, has revealed Florida’s unfortunate descent in the ranks of tech and science industry powerhouses over the past 6 years. Florida ranked 29th in the 2002 State Technology and Science Index, then fell to 32nd place in 2004 and has now sunk to 37th. Top states are the usual suspects – Massachusetts and California – but Maryland and Colorado are in the top five as well." Read more here.
